This infographic states that 84% believe culture is critical to business success and only 35% think their company’s culture is effectively managed. 43% say the CEO and other top leaders should be responsible for culture change and 42% say it’s all of the employees responsibility. The top reasons employees resist change is because they are skeptical due to past change efforts, they do not feel involved in the change process, and they do not understand the need for change.
