Don’t you hate it when things change without warning? Imagine these peoples’ reactions when things change a little too quickly, with no prior notice or memo.

 

Keeping everyone clued up on the changes being made is vital, especially when it is at such a fast pace; like the people in the video were unlucky to discover. By keeping our employees informed through clearly communicating the company’s destination, they develop a sense of direction and focus. As soon as the employee is not clued in on what is going on around him, he will – in most cases – lose motivation and we will not be maximizing his capabilities.
